SMAG Mobile Antenna Masts becomes a stock corporation

The conversion of SMAG Mobile Antenna Masts GmbH into a stock corporation, SMAG Mobile Antenna Masts AG, was successfully completed on 22 June with its entry in the commercial register and is therefore now legally effective.

With its new legal form, SMAG is further sharpening its positioning as a leading European manufacturer of mission-critical mobile mast systems for defence applications, ensuring robust connectivity for modern and future battlefield operations.

For existing contractual partners, customers and employees, the conversion generally does not entail any changes. All existing contracts and agreements remain valid.
