Anton Raky founded the company: “Unternehmung für Tiefbohrungen”, the origin of the core activities of Salzgitter Maschinenbau AG.

The Salzgitter - Group, which later on belonged to Preussag, took over this company.

1974
Salzgitter Maschinen & Anlagenbau started to develop and manufacture highly Mobile Antenna Masts.

1991
Salzgitter Maschinenbau became a private company.

Salzgitter Maschinenbau GmbH took over the antenna mast business from the company Dornier.
