SMAG celebrates stock market debut on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange
On 13 July 2026, SMAG Mobile Antenna Masts AG celebrated its stock market debut on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange with the traditional bell-ringing ceremony. With its listing in the Scale segment, SMAG is laying the foundation for further growth and a long-term partnership with the capital market.
The SMAG share is traded in the Scale segment of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol 1SMA (ISIN: DE000A42FR12, WKN: A42FR1). The capital increase carried out in connection with the IPO generated gross proceeds of around EUR 30 million for the company. The proceeds are to be used primarily to finance strategic growth initiatives – in particular investments in automation technologies, the expansion of production capacities, the strengthening of the sales organization, as well as to bolster working capital and enhance overall financial flexibility.
